Our primary focus is on the elevator entrance department. The services provided are manufacturing, installation, heavy duty construction demolition and cement finishes to top off our jobs. Along with our installation package we also install angle liners and all GAL parts (no wiring included).

Metal Fabrications
We manufacture UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc) approved entrances. Entrances include 1 1/2 fire rated Door(s), frames, preliminary parts structure such as headers, struts and fascias covers.
We also have a team of specialized fabricators who can program, laser cut, bend, and weld your one of a kind projects.
Material finishes are at your request!
Material: Bronze, Nickel Silver, Stainless steel, Diamond Plate, or Aluminum.
Finish: Primer Grey, Baked Enamel, Powder Coat, Stainless Steel or Bronze.
Installation Package
Let us relieve your stress by hiring us to install our own supply for a guaranteed fit! However, we can gladly install entrances we don’t manufacture.
When choosing our installation package it includes installing all manufactured parts (angle liner, sill support, frame, door, prelim and fascias) along with GAL parts (no wiring included).
Picking the right finish is ideal when patching up your new entrance. The options we offer when reinforcing frames are commercial grade cement mix and bricks/blocks if necessary.
Demolition Package
We handle the part no elevator maintenance company wants to do. This package involves getting our hands dirty by removing current elevator entrance, door, lock parts and any wall/concrete to make room for your new project. We handle all types of debris and heavy construction loads meaning we can tackle any demolition job. At the end of our process we remove and dispose our garbage from the jobsite.
